		<description>I own an HJC and have always been an XL so for me it was fine.  However, you should always try it on before you buy.  You may have a borderline head.</description>

		<description>Best thing to do is get to your local shop and try one on.  I&#039;ve only owned Shoei and Nolan helmets so I really couldn&#039;t help you.  Try one on and you&#039;ll find out.  Watch out for pressure points!!  They might be bearable in the store but they&#039;re hell on the open road!  Good luck helmet hunting!</description>

		<description>No.  In my 35 yr experiance, I have always worn an XL, and my current HJC is also an XL.  Same thing with my wife, who has always used a Medium.</description>
